About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the microfinancial organizations"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the microfinancial organizations" of April 16, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 4, Art. 266; 2019, No. 6, Art. 330) following changes and amendment:
1. In part 6 of Article 3 of the word "authorized body on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and terrorism financing" shall be replaced with words "authorized body on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".
2. Regarding 3rd Article 14:
- to add the prolog after the word "documents" with the words "in writing or through electronic system";
- in paragraphs one and the tenth to replace the words "petition" and "petitions" respectively with the words "statement" and "statements".
3. State Article 17 in the following edition:
"Article 17. Payment of charges
The microfinancial organizations according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system" pay collection to the government budget.".
4. Regarding 3rd Article 29 of the word "licensing of separate types of activity" shall be replaced with words to "authorization system".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
