About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About free economic zones"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About free economic zones" of March 25, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 3, the Art. 167, 2019, No. 1, the Art. 28) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1 to add with paragraphs the sixth, seventh and eighth the following content:

"-the unified register of subjects of the free economic zone – the information database containing the information about subjects of the free economic zones created in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- the servicing company – the subject of the free economic zone rendering infrastructure services, construction of facilities of infrastructure and other similar services based on the agreement for further activities of subjects of the free economic zone;

- the principle of "single window" – the form of provision of the state services in the territory of the free economic zone providing minimization of participation of applicants in collection and preparation of documents and restriction of their direct contact with subjects of rendering the state services;".

2. In Article 5:

- part 2 in paragraph four to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";" and to add with the fifth paragraph of the following content:

"-complex.";

- add with part 8 of the following content:

"8. The free economic zone of complex type is the free economic zone including signs of several types of free economic zones (industrial (production of industrial output), trade-commercial, service, innovative, research and implementation).".

3. To state part 2 of Article 11 in the following edition:

"2. The procedure for activities of representatives of state bodies in free economic zones is established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan by the principle of "single window".".
