About fish breeding
This Law regulates legal, economic and organizational basis for the purpose of every possible development, preserving and increase in fish inventories, increase in ryboproduktivnost of reservoirs, population requirements satisfaction in fish products.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
fish breeding - the industry of the national economy covering system of actions for production, reproduction, protection and realization of fishes and fish products;
- ponds for fish breeding - special constructions where all production process from reproduction of fishes before receipt of products is carried out;
- fish products - fish live, snuly, salty, dried, smoked, tinned, caviar;
- breeding fish - females and males of all species of fish, their posterity, embryos, the impregnated caviar, the having certificates or the breeding certificate for cultivation:
- commodity fish - the two-year-old fish suitable for realization;
- fishing means - the devices and devices permitted by the law for fishing in natural and artificial reservoirs.
The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on fish breeding is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan.
