About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2006 No. 64

Based on part one of Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305-Z

1. Bring in the Rules of notarial clerical work approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2006 No. 64, the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2:

after paragraph two to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"hybrid case – set of the documents combined on certain sign on the basis of the physical and logical relationships which are stored partially in information resources (systems) of the Belarusian notarial chamber and partially on papers;";

after the paragraph of the thirteenth to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"the passing case – the case which is conducted on the single question (questions) resolved within two or more years;";

1.2. in item 4:

in paragraph four of part one of the word "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure for Record Keeping according to Addresses of Citizens and Legal Entities in State Bodies, Other Organizations, at Individual Entrepreneurs" shall be replaced with words "About procedure for record keeping according to addresses of citizens and legal entities";
