About modification of the Regulations on use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system by the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, of 42, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement and effective use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Make to the section IV of Provisions on application by the National Bank of Ukraine of standard instruments of the regulation of liquidity of bank system approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 17, 2015 No. 615 (with changes), the following changes:

Paragraph two of Item 66 of Chapter 8 after words to "repayment day" to add 1) with words "/early repayment";

Chapter 9 to add 2) with new Item of the following content:

"79-1. The National Bank in case of decision making about reference of bank to category insolvent or about withdrawal of the banking license and liquidation performs early repayment of the deposit certificates which are in property of bank no later than the next working day, from the date of entry into force of such decision on what informs owners of deposit certificates. Money transfer from early repayment of percentage deposit certificates is performed in the amount calculated by increase in their cost established and announced in the conditions of placement on the amount of the added percent, and discount deposit certificates - proceeding from their fair value.
