1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 15, 2012 No. 620 "About approval of Rules of the organization and carrying out appeal of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on military service" the following changes and amendment:

"According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About military service and the status of the military personnel" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";
in Rules of the organization and carrying out appeal of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on military service approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules of the organization and carrying out appeal of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on military service (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About military service and the status of the military personnel" (further - the Law).";
add with Item 39-3 of the following content:
"39-3. The military personnel of conscription military service under agreements of bank loan and (or) agreements on provision of the microcredit is granted payment deferral on principal debt and remuneration for the period including the term of passing of conscription military service and 60 days after its termination without charge of remuneration on loan and (or) the microcredit according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after day of its first official publication, but not earlier than August 20, 2024.
