About introduction of amendments to the Law on the government budget for 2024 No. 418/2023 and the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018

Art. I. – In the Law on the government budget for 2024 No. 418/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 510-513, 915), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

n) in departure from provisions of Item and) parts (1) article 145 of the Code about education No. 152/2014 – on covering of the expenses connected with increase in base rate for payroll calculation of personnel of the public educational institutions functioning on the principles of financial and economic self-government in subordination of the central bodies of the public power – in the amount of 170 000,0 thousand lei.".
