About introduction of amendments to the Law on the monuments built in public places, No. 192/2011

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the monuments built in public places, No. 192/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 197-202, 569), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Item c) parts (Article 5 of the word "in coordination with territorially competent authorities of local public authority" to exclude 2).

2. In Article 7:

"(1) Construction, transfer and dismantle of monuments in public places are performed based on the order of the Minister of Cultural Affairs.
