About modification of some regulations (about equal women's access and men to goods and services)

This law partially shifts the Directive of Council 2004/113/EC of December 13, 2004 about realization of the principle of equality of men and women in case of access to goods and services and by provision of goods and services (part (1) and (2) Articles 3, Item and) parts (1) Articles 4, part (1) Article 8 and part (1) and (2) Articles 12), CELEX: 32004L0113, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 373 of December 21, 2004.
Art. I. – Article 6 of the Marine life protection act of the rights of consumers No. 105/2003 (repeated publication: 2024, Art. No. 122-124, 195), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item and 1) of the following content:
"and 1) protection against discrimination in case of access to goods and services and by their provision;".
Art. II. – In the Law on providing equal opportunities for women and men No. 5/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 47-50, 200), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. After formula of acceptance to add with formula of harmonization of the following content:
"This law shifts in the national legal system the Directive of Council 2004/113/EC of December 13, 2004 about realization of the principle of equality of men and women in case of access to goods and services and by provision of goods and services, CELEX: 32004L0113, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 373 of December 21, 2004, and partially shifts the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2006/54/EC of July 5, 2006 about realization of the principle of the equal address and equal opportunities for men and women in the field of work and employment (in the new edition), CELEX: 32006L0054, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 204 of July 26, 2007.".
2. In Article 2:
