About modification of appendix 2 to the Procedure for providing official and prototypes of landing material of grade

According to Article part six 20, to Article part two 27, of part three of article 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights to plant varieties", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Make changes to appendix 2 to the Procedure for providing official and prototypes of landing material of the grade approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of September 26, 2023 No. 1710, registered on October 12, 2023 at No. 1785/40841, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To provide to department of agrarian development submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
