1. The procedure for purchase for diplomatic representations and consulates of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad (further – the Procedure) determines procedure for the public procurements which are carried out out of the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan for diplomatic representations and consulates of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad.
2. Diplomatic representations and consulates of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad use the following methods of public procurements:
- open tender;
- request for quotation;
- competitive negotiations;
- direct procurements.
3. The choice of methods of public procurements by diplomatic representations and consulates of the Republic of Tajikistan is abroad performed without approval of the state authorized body on public procurements.
4. Direct procurements for diplomatic representations and consulates of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad which are provided according to Item 1) of article 52 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public procurements" are performed within the cost threshold indicators approved by regulatory legal act of the Republic of Tajikistan.
