I ORDER:
1. In the order of the Deputy Premieres - the Minister - the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 2024 No. 11-1-4/184 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, being under authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (No. 34291) is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 23, 2024 to make the following change:
in the Instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, being under authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
3) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) system of video surveillance - set of surveillance cameras, data lines, program and technical means and storage of videos, and also the program and (or) technical means of management performing information exchange among themselves;".
2. To provide to department of providing and document flow of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on accomplishment of the actions provided in subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
