1. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1) Article 197 of the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (2017, 48, the Art. 436) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
"Article 197. Participation in judicial session in the video conference mode
1. The participant of case, his representative has the right to participate in judicial session in the video conference mode out of court house or in other court on condition of availability in court of the corresponding technical capability about which the court notes in the resolution on opening of proceeedings, except cases when the appearance of this participant of case in judicial session is acknowledged as court of obligatory.
2. The participant of case, his representative submits the application for participation in judicial session in the video conference mode out of court house or in other court not later than five days before judicial session. The copy of the application goes to the same time to other participants of case.
The court in which it is necessary to provide its carrying out is without fail specified in the statement for participation in judicial session in the video conference mode in other court.
3. The judge (judge-speaker) considers the application of the participant of case, his representative for participation in judicial session in the video conference mode out of court house or in other court without notice of participants of case. By results of consideration of the application the decree is issued.
