Declare invalid the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 28, 2014 No. 1120 "About approval of the Procedure for electronic interaction of the National commission on securities and the stock market with members of the security market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 16, 2014 at No. 1127/25904.

2. To provide to department of information technologies submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to management of administrative activities promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
