About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303

Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303 "About the termination of measures of the state supervision (control) and the state market supervision in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1355; 2024, No. 15, the Art. 964), having added it with Item 7 of the following content:
"7. Unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) of observance by subjects of managing of requirements of Licensed conditions of implementation of the economic activity connected with development, production, delivery of special technical means for removal of information from the communication channels and other technical means of secret receipt of information approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 2016 No. 669 "Some questions of rather special technical means for removal of information from communication channels and other technical means of secret receipt of information" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 79, Art. 2640), during the period of warlike situation are performed according to the decision of Security service.".
