The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About citizenship of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 13, Art. 65 with the following changes):

1) in Article 1:

in paragraph ten of the word "or have appearance on permanent or temporary residence in the territory of Ukraine, or have the military ID issued" shall be replaced with words "or which extends stay term in the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure or have appearance on permanent or temporary residence in the territory of Ukraine, or have the military ticket / военно-учетный the document issued";
