About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2024 No. 76

Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for paid medical services approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2024 No. 76, the following changes:

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Rounding of rates for paid medical services is performed by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with limiting observance of the maximum rates established by the Ministry of Health, the limiting standard rate of profitability, limiting maximum allowances, coefficients established by this Instruction.";

state Item 17 in the following edition:

"17. The rates for paid medical services established by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs raise at size of costs of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur for acquisition of medicines, medical products at the prices created according to the legislation, but not above wholesale prices, other consumable materials used when rendering paid medical services at the prices of the producer (importer).".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
