The rules of issue, financing and distribution between regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan of one-time vouchers for recognition of professional qualifications approved by the specified order:

For receipt of the one-time voucher the applicant till October 15 of the current year in personal account on the NSK digital platform submits signed the digital signature (further - the EDS) the statement on receipt of the one-time voucher in form according to appendix 1 to these rules and attaches to the statement electronic copies of education documents and confirming labor activity according to subitems 1), 2) and 3) Article 35 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
