About modification of some regulations (about measures of the support provided to residents of free economic zones)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the free enterprise zone "Expo business Chisinau" No. 625/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of October 3, 2006), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (2) Article 1:
Item d) to state in the following edition:
"d) the parcel of land Ploshchad 2,24 of hectare with cadastral number 0111222052 and its components, structures with cadastral numbers 011122205201 and 011122205202, located on Ulitsa Industriale, 3/1, of Mr. Syndzhera;";
add part with Item е) the following content:
"e) the parcel of land Ploshchad 1,2826 of hectare with cadastral number 0111222073 and its components, structures with cadastral numbers 011122207301 and 011122207302, located in of Syndzher.".
2. In part (Article 4 of the word "December 28, 2025." shall be replaced with words 1) "on December 28, 2035.".
3. State Article 5 in the following edition:
"Article 5. Guarantees in case of change of the legislation
(1) the Physical persons or legal entities registered as resident of free zone till December 31, 2023, having the right to perform till January 1, 2034 types of activity in the customs regime regulated by the Law on free enterprise zones No. 440/2001.
(2) the Tax benefits on the income tax provided to the physical persons or legal entities registered as resident of free zone till December 31, 2023 are established according to the procedure, stipulated in Article 49 Tax codes No. 1163/1997.".
Art. II. - Article 5 of the Law on the free enterprise zone of Tvardits No. 626/1995 (repeated publication: 2001, 571), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 78-80, in the following edition:
