About modification of Item 11 of the Procedure for training of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine

According to article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine", for the purpose of the proper organization of training in Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Bring in Item 11 of the Procedure for training in Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine approved by the order of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine of June 14, 2022 No. 108, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 16, 2022 at No. 670/38006, the following changes:

In paragraph one the word "results" to replace 1) with the word "results";

To add 2) with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Person is considered not passed training if following the results of such training its discrepancy to requirements to the workers of BEB determined by Article part three 19, part one of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine" is established.".

2. To provide to department of personnel submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
