About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2016 No. 44
In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2024 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 154
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for application of security measures concerning protected persons approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2016 No. 44, the following changes:
in Item 28, part one of Item 99-4 and Item 99-6 of the word of "ensuring operational search activities" shall be replaced with words "criminal investigation";
in part one of Item 29 of the word "and received oral or written requests" and "person" to replace respectively with the words "limit access, including remote, to data on the protected person, and when obtaining oral or written requests" and "person".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
