1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property" of October 9, 2019 No. 535 the following change:

"-according to Item 5 of Article 29 of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic the parcels of land of the state land users, and also the parcels of land, free from the third party rights, located in the territory of settlements, for the purpose of projects implementation, socially important objects directed to construction (buildings and rooms of preschool education - to 0,75 of hectare, school education, sports appointment, health care, tourism and cultural appointment) with determination of the preferential rent, in case of the compulsory provision of voluntary conveyance in state-owned property of the built buildings, constructions after completion of term of the lease agreement.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
