1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of September 02, 2013 No. 626 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of holding auctions in bankruptcy proceeding and requirements to their organizers concerning property of the state companies relating to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Mining, and economic societies, the state share in which authorized capital exceeds 50 percent and concerning which the Ministry of Energy and Coal Mining performs powers on management of the state corporate laws" it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 20, 2013 at No. 1629/24161.

2. And corporate laws (Svetlana BILKO) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of management of objects of state-owned property submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
