1. Determine 17 (seventeen) obligatory TV, radio channels depending on distribution in multichannel broadcasting.

2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 11, 2016 No. 34 "About determination of quantity obligatory TV, radio channels depending on distribution in multichannel broadcasting" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 14102);

2) the order of the Minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 18, 2023 No. 204-HK "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 11, 2016 No. 34 "About determination of quantity obligatory TV, radio channels depending on distribution in multichannel broadcasting" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 32544).

3. To provide to committee of information of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
