Impose import ban from the third countries on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan all modes of transport for a period of six months of separate types of heat-insulating material from the made foam synthetic rubber (code of the commodity nomenclature of Foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - code of the CN FEA EEU) 4008110000 except for of strips or tapes; code of the CN FEA EEU 4009110000 except for pipes and hoses; code of the CN FEA EEU 4009120009 except for other pipes and hoses).

2. To committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify:

1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control in case of interaction with the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
