1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies" of June 10, 2022 No. 301 the following change:

"14) purchases of goods of national production from the inventory approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 16, 2023 No. 112-r, in the presence at the producer of the certificate of origin issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also goods for which by the order it is provided the appraisal certificate of goods origin;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
