The Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the State Parties of GUUAM which further are referred to as "Party"

attaching importance to development trade and economic and sci-tech cooperation between the State Parties of GUUAM;

being guided by aspiration of business community of the State Parties of GUUAM to creating favorable conditions for business activity on the principles which are based on criteria of functioning of the free trade area;

proceeding from need of implementation of the actions directed to acquaintance of business community of the State Parties of GUUAM with opportunities of mutually beneficial cooperation on bilateral and multilateral basis by exchange of exhibitions on economic subject;

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purpose of implementation of this agreement, the Party will be:

* perform exchange of the legal and other regulations regulating exhibition and fair activities and also methodical and analytical materials in this area;

* render assistance each other in the solution of problematic issues (including customs) developments of exhibition and fair activities in the territory of the State Parties of this agreement;

* promote preparation and advanced training of the specialists who are engaged in exhibition and fair activities, to practice holding joint seminars, conferences on exhibition activities;

* perform operational mutual exchange of information about the exhibitions and fairs held in the State Parties of this agreement, to post references to the websites of the Parties on the websites;

* render assistance to the business missions of entrepreneurs organized by the Parties during exhibitions and fairs.

Article 2

The parties will provide the annual organization on favorable terms of joint commerce and industry trade fairs of the State Parties of GUUAM in the territory of one of contracting parties according to the approved plan, accepted on the basis of consensus.
