About modification of some regulations (refining of the provisions concerning the material safety data sheet regulated by the Law on chemicals No. 277/2018)

Art. I. – The subitem 3) Item 132 of the Regulations on the commercial mode and regulation of use of the halogenated hydrocarbons destroying ozone layer, approved by the Law No. 852/2002 (2002, 383), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 54-55, in the following edition:
"3) the material safety data sheet regulated by the Law on chemicals No. 277/2018;".
Art. II. – In the Law on chemicals No. 277/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 49-58, 109), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In formula of harmonization of figure "126," shall be replaced with words 125, "125 and 126, Appendix II,".
2. In the text of the law in Russian:
in part (1) Article 10:
