For the purpose of ensuring realization of 3rd part of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 18, 2023 with No. 2359 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 1017-VIQD of October 24, 2023 "About modification of the Labor Code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions" and modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 377 of March 6, 2006 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In No. 306 approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 17, 2013 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 10, Article 1224 (volume I); The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 105 of February 26, 2024) "Provision on personnel recruitment of aviation safety" in Item 7.2 to exclude the words "with probation period 3 (three) months".
