1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 04, 2022 No. 4 "About approval of the Procedure for inclusion (exception) of medicines in (from) the National list of the main medicines and/or in (from) nomenclatures of the medicines which are purchased for means of the government budget for accomplishment of programs and implementation of centralized actions for health care, using the state assessment of medical technologies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 27, 2022 at No. 95/37431, such changes:

in heading and Item 1 to replace the word of "nomenclatures" with the word of "lists";

the fourth Item 2 to exclude the paragraph.
