About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for realization of wood in the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Bring in the Rules of realization of wood approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2020 No. 437, the following changes:

1.1. in Item 6:

state subitem 6.3 in the following edition:

"6.3. to the legal entities conducting forestry, subordinated to the Ministry of forestry for the purpose of procurement with the subsequent realization of business wood in the prepared type to physical persons for implementation:

constructions, including reconstruction or capital repairs, apartment houses or outdoor constructions, and also for recovery belonging to them the apartment houses and (or) outdoor constructions destroyed or damaged as a result of the fire, natural disaster or other harmful effects in amount to 70 cubic meters on each construction object or recoveries;

running repair of the apartment houses belonging to them, outdoor constructions, property boundary fence, and also for running repair of the objects located in the territory of gardening partnership or country cooperative in amount to 10 cubic meters once within calendar year;";

state subitem 6.5 in the following edition:

"6.5. to legal entities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus * from any kinds of cabins in the woods of the forest fund transferred to the jurisdiction to the legal entities conducting forestry of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus for own production and (or) consumption and also for the purpose of procurement with the subsequent realization of business wood in the prepared type to physical persons for implementation:

constructions, including reconstruction or capital repairs, apartment houses or outdoor constructions, and also for recovery belonging to them the apartment houses and (or) outdoor constructions destroyed or damaged as a result of the fire, natural disaster or other harmful effects in amount to 70 cubic meters on each construction object or recoveries;
