About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for realization of wood in the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Bring in the Rules of realization of wood approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2020 No. 437, the following changes:

1.1. in Item 6:

add subitem 6.2 with parts of the following content:

"Realization of business wood in the prepared type for the purposes specified in part one of this subitem is performed based on written information on the wood sales amounts on root out of the exchange biddings obtained from district executive committees, the Gorispolkoms, administrations of areas in the cities (further - executive committees), and the signed civil contract of the legal entity conducting forestry, subordinated to the Ministry of forestry with the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur specified in written information of executive committee.

Essential conditions of the civil agreement signed with the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur specified in written information of the executive committee and providing realization of business wood by it in the prepared type from fund of regional executive committee are:

target use by the legal entity or individual entrepreneur of the business wood realized by it in the prepared type from fund of regional executive committee;

responsibility for inappropriate use by the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur of the business wood realized by it in the prepared type from fund of regional executive committee in the amount of the triple cost of such wood acquired at the legal entity conducting forestry, subordinated to the Ministry of forestry, and used not for purpose;

representation by the legal entity or individual entrepreneur to the legal entity conducting forestry, to the subordinate Ministry of forestry, report on target use of the business wood realized by it in the prepared type from fund of regional executive committee and also observance of procedure and terms of submission of such report.
