1. Determine that:

1.1. the mobile operators rendering services of cellular communication it is direct to the population:

direct annually part of the net profit of the current year got from rendering of services of cellular communication, in the amount of, determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, but at least 20 percent from the total amount of the specified net profit on:

projects implementation on development of networks of cellular communication *, included in the list of projects created taking into account proposals of mobile operators according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization;

implementation of actions and (or) pilot projects in the field of digital development for the purpose of development of industries of economy and administrative and territorial units on which Council for projects in the field of digital development under the Ministry of Communications and Informatization makes the decision on feasibility of their realization;

implementation of investment projects, including preferential investment projects, according to the legislation in the field of investments;

list in the income of republican fund of universal servicing of digital development and communication annually no later than May 1 of the year following for reporting, positive difference between part of the net profit for accounting year specified in the paragraph the second this subitem and the amount directed in reporting year to the purposes provided in paragraphs by third or pole of this subitem;
