1. In the paragraph the second item 4 of the Section IV of the Procedure for consideration of the application (case) on the procedure of mutual approval and the requirement to the statement approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 30, 2020 No. 820, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 09, 2021 at No. 305/35927, after words of "other country" to add with words ", including in the video conference mode".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the international taxation of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Vorobey S. I. and Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
