Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state environmental control (supervision) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1096 "About federal state environmental control (supervision)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, Art. 5526; 2024, No. 1, Art. 168; No. 10, Art. 1406).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state environmental control (supervision)

1. In Item 3:

a) the eleventh to declare the paragraph invalid;
