About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the list of codes of medical goods according to the All-Russian Product Classifier by types of economic activity, liable to the value added tax 10 percent on the tax rate in case of their realization approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2008 No. 688 "About approval of lists of codes of medical goods, liable to the value added tax on the tax rate of 10 percent" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 38, Art. 4321; 2014, No. 36, Art. 4854; 2018, No. 5, Art. 763; 2019, No. 43, Art. 6108; 2021, No. 23, Art. 4090; No. 32, Art. 6029; 2022, No. 6, Art. 880; 2023, No. 39, Art. 7027).
2. Recognize invalid the paragraph the ninth in the part concerning the note 5, and the paragraph the eleventh the subitem "an" of Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 16, 2023 No. 1513 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 39, the Art. 7027).
3. The changes approved by this resolution (in the part concerning codes of medical goods according to the All-Russian Product Classifier by types of economic activity, except for codes 22.22.14.000 and 22.22.14. 190), extend to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2024.
4. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the 1st of the next tax period on the value added tax.
