considering the developed production and technological bonds between the companies and the organizations of the Azerbaijan Republic of the industry and the companies and the organizations of the Russian Federation,

recognizing crucial role of economic cooperation between the Azerbaijani and Russian business entities in the conditions of the market relations,

aiming to provide favorable conditions for maintenance and mutually beneficial development of production cooperation and direct connections between the companies and the organizations of the industry of the Azerbaijan Republic and the companies and the organizations of the Russian Federation,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties promote adjustment and development of bonds between business entities of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Russian Federation on the basis of mutual advantage and non-admission of the actions causing economic damage to any of the states of the Parties.
