About measures for strengthening of control of observance and execution of the legislation in the field of reducing poverty and social protection of the population

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the legislation in the field of reducing poverty and social protection of the population in the republic and the organization of the coordinated activities of the ministries and departments, responsible for its execution:

1. Due to optimization of the number of staff of the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency):

enter position of the deputy attorney general responsible for supervision of observance and execution of the legislation in the field of reducing poverty and social protection of the population;

form in organizational and regular structure of the Prosecutor General's Office Management on supervision of execution of the legislation in the field of reducing poverty and social protection of the population as a part of 7 established posts;

form in Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, prosecutor's offices of areas and the city of Tashkent of division on supervision of execution of the legislation in the field of reducing poverty and social protection of the population, consisting of 28 established posts.

2. Assign the following tasks to again entered deputy attorney general:

together with Social inspection under the Agency weekly visit at least one area (cities) and studying of reliability of inclusion in the register and exception of it of needy families;

control of address delivery to receivers of the means issued to needy families;

ensuring rule of law and inevitability of punishment concerning the responsible persons who did not perform at the proper level the tasks assigned to them in the field of reducing poverty and social protection of the population;

control of execution of requirements of the adopted laws, and also orders determined by decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of reducing poverty and social protection of the population.
