About modification of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make to the section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) such changes:
1. In Item 3-5 of the word "the debt guaranteed by the state" shall be replaced with words "the debt guaranteed by the state, and also on implementation of transactions with the state derivatives".
2. Add with Item 3-10 of the following content:
"3-10. Grant the right to the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of road economy in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to perform transactions with the debt obligations which arose on the borrowings involved in 2021 under the state guarantees for the purpose of financial provision of development of network and content of highways public of the state value on the conditions determining the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Grant the right to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine together with the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of road economy, perform according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine transactions on transfer of the debt guaranteed by the state on the borrowings involved in 2021 under the state guarantees for the purpose of financial provision of development of network and content of highways public of the state value in public debt by release and exchange of the corresponding debt obligations. Conditions of such transactions are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Grant the right to the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of road economy, attract subjects of managing to provision of the legal, consulting, agency and other services necessary for implementation of such transactions, within budget settings on servicing of the debt obligations which arose on the borrowings involved under the state guarantees.
