In recent years in our country system measures for conclusion of customs administration to qualitatively new level, implementation of modern digital technologies when implementing customs procedures are undertaken.
At the same time in practice cases of attraction of foreign economic activity by subjects to execution of the cargo customs declaration of persons which do not have working experience in this sphere without the conclusion of service provision agreements meet them. Proper registration of contractual legal relationship also is urgent task of ensuring compliance with the legislation in the field of delivery through customs border of the international express departures. These factors affect reliability and accuracy of the data represented to customs authorities, timeliness and completeness of payments of the established customs and tax payments.
This Law makes additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing, allowing and notifying procedures", establishing the notification procedure of authorized state body about implementation of activities as the customs broker and on delivery of the international express departures, and also responsibility for the non-notification of authorized state body about the beginning or the termination of the specified types of activity.
This Law will serve improvement of quality of the rendered services to physical persons and legal entities on customs clearance of goods and on delivery of the international express departures, and also the prevention, identification and suppression of violations of the customs and tax legislation.
