I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 22, 2023 No. 151 "About approval of Rules of financing of construction and (or) acquisition of housing at the expense of the republican budget and (or) release of the government securities, monitoring and realization of housing to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan needing the dwelling" the following changes and amendments:

In Items 11, of the 12 and 13 word "construction and (or) acquisition of housing" shall be replaced with words "construction and (or) acquisition, the redemption of housing and (or) apartments in objects of equity in housing construction";

to exclude the paragraph of the 8th Item 13;

The realization of the areas to people on the waiting list of MIO is enabled according to Items 17 and 18 of this Chapter.";
