At the same time for strengthening of guarantees of equal suffrage of citizens there is need for establishment of responsibility for issue to citizens of ballots (voting bulletins) for vote several times or for others, and also strengthenings of responsibility of political parties for non-compliance with procedure for submission of financial statements on the funds allocated by it for participation in elections from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the addition providing responsibility for issue by the member of the electoral commission or commission on holding referendum to the citizen of the ballot (voting bulletin) for vote several times or for others and also for non-presentation or untimely submission of the interim or final report to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the public funds allocated political party for participation in elections or provision in the report of obviously false information.
Also for the purpose of ensuring mutual compliance of legal acts proceeding from regulations of the Electoral code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the specifying changes are made to the Criminal code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
