In recent years in the country the system work directed to increase in efficiency of actions for prevention of offenses including on the prevention of illicit trafficking in pyrotechnic products is carried out.
At the same time for the purpose of further strengthening of measures for protection of life and health of citizens, property of physical persons and legal entities, and also ensuring compliance with the constitutional principle of proportionality in case of application of measures of legal impact there is need of strengthening of the measures of the administrative responsibility connected with illicit trafficking in pyrotechnic products.
This Law in the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the changes providing strengthening of measures of responsibility for illegal production, production, storage, transportation, transfer and export from the Republic of Uzbekistan of pyrotechnic products and also illegal sale or import to the Republic of Uzbekistan of pyrotechnic products, proceeding from nature and degree of public danger of these offenses.
This Law will serve further increase in efficiency of the taken measures for ensuring public safety and the prevention of cases of illicit trafficking in pyrotechnic products.
