Besides, the guarantee of unity of economic space, free movement of goods, services, manpower and financial resources in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is enshrined in the Constitution.
For the purpose of further strengthening of these constitutional guarantees, their reflection in legal acts this Law makes changes and additions to some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing compensation to the owner deprived of the dwelling, cost of housing and losses suffered by it in accordance with the established procedure, providing the right of subjects of entrepreneurship irrespective of the territory of their state registration on free movement of their goods, services, manpower and financial resources in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also the addition providing prohibition on designing and construction of buildings and constructions in the village - and the opolzneopasny territories is made to the Town-planning code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
