About additional measures for support of agricultural enterprises

For the purpose of decrease in the tax burden of entrepreneurship subjects by simplification of requirements of the tax legislation and enhancement of tax administration in agricultural industry, and also reducings economic disparity between regions of the country, further development of areas and the cities proceeding from their conditions, potential and opportunities:

1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Tax Committee on:

to cancellation of procedure for calculation in double size of the land tax on the parcels of land of agricultural purpose located in administrative borders of the cities and settlements;

to implementation of procedure for calculation of the land tax on the parcels of land of agricultural purpose located in administrative borders of the cities and settlements according to the current legislation.

2. And finance together with the interested ministries and departments to provide to the Ministry of Economics to the Cabinet of Ministers the bill providing modification and amendments in the Tax code proceeding from this resolution in a month.

3. Assign to the chairman of the Tax Committee Sh. D. Kudbiyev the personal responsibility for the effective organization of execution of this resolution.
