About measures for realization of the tasks determined in the fourth open dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs

For the purpose of implementation of the offers and initiatives directed to the solution of the system issues touched in 12 thousand addresses which arrived within open dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs spent on August 20 the current year, and also execution of the priority tasks determined in open dialogue:

1. Approve within the Program for realization of the tasks determined in open dialogue of 2024 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs developed on the basis of offers and initiatives announced during extensive discussions with entrepreneurs and consisting of 5 directions on their accomplishment:

The list of drafts of the acts of the legislation which are subject to development (further - the List) according to appendix No. 1 *;

The plan of practical actions according to appendix No. 2*.

2. Assign to heads of the ministries and departments the personal responsibility for high-quality and timely development, approval and introduction in accordance with the established procedure of drafts of acts of the legislation according to appendix No. 1 * to this Decree, and also for unconditional execution of actions according to appendix No. 2 * to this Decree.

Determine that the stimulating payments to the heads of the ministries and departments who performed the order not in full, performed with delay or did not provide execution of the order during the period from the date of the termination of completion date of the order before ensuring its execution stop.

3. Establish procedure according to which since November 1, 2024:

all commercial banks and the microfinancial organizations are involved in support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship on the basis of state programs;
