About increase in reliability of electric utility service

For the purpose of increase in reliability of electric utility service of the Mazyr power node I decide:

1. Perform in 2024-2026 asset construction "Construction of VL-330 of kV Mazyr - Petrikov - Mikashevichi with reconstruction of PS-330 of kV Mazyr and PS-330 of kV of "Mikashevichi" in the Gomel and Brest regions" (further - object).

2. Determine:

RUP "Gomelyenergo" the customer on development of the project documentation on asset construction (further - the project documentation) and on asset construction (further - the customer);

RUP "BELENERGOSETPROEKT" the general designer on development of the project documentation;

JSC ZAPADELEKTROSETSTROY the prime contractor on asset construction.

3. Financing of works on development of the project documentation and to asset construction is performed at the expense of own means of the customer and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

4. Determine that:

4.1. the republican state bodies and other organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs other organizations of all patterns of ownership within 10 working days from registration date of the written request (statement) of the customer issue basic data and allowing documentation on construction, necessary for development of the project documentation;

4.2. execution of allowing documentation on construction, materials on withdrawal of the corresponding parcels of land, development of the project documentation and work on asset construction (parallel development of the project documentation and construction) on condition of compensation prior to the beginning of construction of the actual size of losses and losses of agricultural and (or) forestry and landscape production and in the presence of the act of the choice of the location of the parcel of land are at the same time performed;

4.3. on object evaluating impact on the environment, including the procedure of public discussions of the report of environmental impact assessment and the state environmental assessment is not required;
