287-13) coordinates and carries out work on planning, the organization and implementation of measures for counteraction to human trafficking, including for the prevention, risks assessment in the field of counteraction to human trafficking, redirection of the victims of human trafficking for rendering to them the help and provision of special social services, according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

287-14) generalizes practice of application of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of identification, prevention, suppression and disclosure of the crimes connected with human trafficking and also develops and makes offers on its enhancement;

287-15) will organize preparation, retraining and advanced training of employees of subjects of counteraction to human trafficking;
