About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of paragraph two of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2024 "About change of the laws concerning ensuring national security" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 363-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of the insured faces in system of the national social insurance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 1997 No. 837:

in Item 10:

the fifth to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"undergoing military and special charges (further - charges) and participating in actions for mobilization preparation for whom local executive and administrative organs pay compulsory insurance premiums to the budget of fund for pension insurance.";

add Item with part of the following content:

"The amounts of the paid compulsory insurance premiums on the insured persons which were undergoing charges and participating in actions for mobilization preparation are specified in the PU-3 form in months of passing of charges and participations in actions for mobilization preparation based on the data obtained from local executive and administrative organs.";

in Item 16 part one:
