The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Item in paragraph one 3, items 4 and 5 parts three of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 255; 2024, 19, the Art. 78) the word "(full)" shall be replaced with words No. "(full, not full)".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in ten-day time from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
